Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship? We ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping? Shipping is a flat $7.99, and free on US orders over $75.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and standard US delivery takes 7-14 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages? Some items ship directly from our supplier's warehouse so they reach you faster, which can mean separate deliveries for one order.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy? You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.

How do I start a return? Email chicstylistboutique@gmail.com and we'll send return instructions once your return is approved. Items sent back without approval can't be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item is defective or we made an error.

Which items can't be returned? Sale items, gift cards, bodysuits, swimwear and intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Ordering and sizing

How do I choose a size? Many of our styles come in sizes S to 5XL. Check the fit notes near the top of each product page, and email us if you're between sizes.
